By accessing or using the Mindorah website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mindorah provides users with access to an interactive interview preparation tool. This tool includes mock AI interviews, interview coach AI, and analysis of mock AI interviews. The AI-driven features are powered by third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI via Azure) and are intended for educational purposes only. Results and advice generated by the Service should not be interpreted as professional career guidance.
3. User Obligations
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
3.2. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.4. You acknowledge that any content you submit (e.g., text, video, or audio recordings) may be processed by AI systems to provide feedback, and you grant Mindorah the necessary rights to facilitate this processing.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mindorah and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1. By submitting content (including text, video, audio, or other materials) to the Service, you grant Mindorah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service, including AI-driven analysis and feedback.
5.2. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the content you submit.
5.3. You acknowledge that content processed by AI systems may be shared with third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI) as necessary to deliver the Service.
6. AI Transparency
6.1. The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze your content and generate feedback. While the AI adheres to predefined guidelines, results may contain inaccuracies. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated advice for critical decisions.
6.2. Mindorah does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mindorah makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. In no event shall Mindorah be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. Mindorah reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page or notifying users via email.
10. Termination
10.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement.
